Hi,
My fiancé and I are getting married in Colorado on a mountain top. And I’m trying to figure out what my mom should wear. She doesn’t want a long dress. So mostly what kind of shoes she should wear?! I don’t want it looking laid back but I also don’t want her uncomfortable. And it may be cold.. so what kind of jacket? Thanks!!

Could she wear hiking shoes then switch into like flats or something once you get to the top? Also, I have seen cute mother of the bride pants/shirts combos or suits since she doesn't want to wear a dress. She could get a top or suit long sleeves so that she isn't cold.

I like the idea of flats too. as for jacket maybe she can find a nice coat

I think a pant suit would be nice! And then some reasonable shoes for walking and they won't look so out of place with the suit instead of a dress.
