I asked them and they said they didn't want robes or to fit in with the bridesmaids. I told them to wear whatever they are comfortable in!

How about Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom shirts!

I haven't though about it. If I was to do it I would definitely get them in a different color.

They offer a variety of pj styles (long sleeve/pant, short sleeve/pant, etc) and robes (long, short, etc.) and in a TON of cute patterns. You could still do the robes for the bridesmaids and maybe do a PJ set for the moms in the same pattern? Or you could do a certain pattern for the girls and find a complimentary solid color for the moms if you want them to be different.

The morning of we had myself + bridesmaids, my husbands mom, my mom, and my dad's girlfriend! I ordered all moms + bridesmaids matching short sleeve, long bottom PJ pants and it was SO cute

I didn't. I told them the bridesmaids would be in black, so they wore black (out of choice) but they didn't have a getting ready outfit.

I did pajamas for all my bridesmaids. I got the mothers pajamas in a different color!

My mother-in-law didn't get ready with us, but my mom did. My mother-in-law wanted her hair professionally done, but she felt the $75 the hair stylist I hired wanted was too much so she went to Walmart to have her hair done. My mom got a different color robe than the bridesmaids. The bridesmaids and groomswoman had red, I had white, my flower girls had floral, and my mom had gray. My grandmother also got her hair done, but she didn't get a robe. She kept going back and forth as to whether she was getting her hair professionally done with us so when I purchased the robes she was unsure.

I bought my mom and MIL robes to match my bridesmaids. They both LOVED them
