Missing Wedding Invitations!!

Hi,


I’m looking for some bridal support! I had beautiful custom made invitations, info cards, and belly bands made for my wedding! They shipped in time for us to send them before the two month mark and I was getting so excited as it made everything feel so much more real!
Now here’s where it sours, they have been lost by FedEx as of last Sunday, when they were last scanned and have not moved since. For the past several days I have called, and called. Opened up a case and have called multiple times a day with little to no updates always with a new person on the line and me explaining over and over again how important these are and how I can’t just have them reprinted again, etc.
We are going to send an email with invite and other info out, but I’m just heartbroken and can’t move past this as much as I want to. I know things happen, but this is a BIG thing and I just don’t know what to do or focus on. Looking for my other brides to send some vibes!
