Missing Photo Album

For those married ladies who have gotten a photo album included in your wedding package, how long did it take for you to recieve it? Our package included a flat lay album and a canvas print of our choice.
We got married May 11th, got the link to our online album June 12th and the USB with our photos July 19th. I emailed her that day to let her know I got it and to send her the list of photos/form for the album and our choice for the canvas. I also asked what the typical turnaround was for the album.
Fast forward to 5 days ago, I received the photo albums i ordered for our parents through shutterfly and got those and figured I should follow up on the album from the photographer. Emailed her again and resent the forms/photo choices and I still havent heard anything. I'm kind of getting pissed and discouraged. Like at this point I'm gonna have this baby before I get our wedding album!!!

I'll have to look around to see if I can find my contract to see what it states about turnaround time for albums...but what would you do?

Also I just talked to someone who left a review on their Facebook page that said its been 2 years since their wedding and they still havent received their completed package! And they said they got the BBB involved and still nothing. This guys review was from mid July.
Now I'm freaking out. The company doesn't have many negative reviews (like a 4.8/5rating across the sites) and has been a top pick for both the Knot & WW.

I would honestly reach out again and say you are expecting it to be delivered in the next x amount of time, and if not you will unfortunately have to be honest in your reviews and that you will be reviewing on all website to insure this doesn't happen to another bride. I hate that so much, and it may be something you just have to say moneys gone and be more cautious going forward.

Yeah it just makes me sad to think about potentially having to write it off as a never getting it when we have paid for it once already
It's gonna cost me $200+ to order one as nice as the one we had included and a canvas that I was really looking forward to! And right now, I've got other expenses that are priority.

I can only imagine. Fingers crossed maybe saying either pony up or be prepared to be blasted will help. After a wedding, spending any more money sounds so stressful! Good luck!
