Miss to mrs. shop purchases taking forever??

Hi everyone! i got engaged in early august this year and am getting married in october of 2026. i keep getting ads for wedding stuff and one of the ads i got was for the matching couples bride/groom jogger set on the miss to mrs shop (same company that does the subscription box). it was too cute to resist so i ordered a set on august 25, 2025. it’s now been 11 business days since ive placed my ordered, i got a shipping email on august 27th, and not a single tracking number has updated, it still says “shipping label created, awaiting package”. i have now contacted support more than once and i keep getting extremely vague answers that skirt around my questions and they say that they cant expedite it or change the shipping. has anyone else run into this weird stuff with shipping from them? i’m ready to dispute the charge on my card because it seems insane and kind of suspicious that the order isnt showing as shipped after “shipping” 9 business days ago.
