Minted vs Zola invites?

Leonormorrow, on November 22, 2019 at 10:46 PM Posted in Planning 2 15
I like the minted designs more, and the paper quality is MUCH better, but it’s also like $100 more and we have a ~$350 budget. What do you think? Is it worth it?

I got invitations from Zazzle! Invitations and RSVP cards with envelopes for both for $220! The quality of the invitation is great!

Does Zola offer address printing on the envelopes? I know minted does, and for me it’s worth ordering my invites from them so I don’t have to write them myself.

They do, I got my save the dates from Zola and they care out amazing! The envelopes were addressed so cute. It was easier to input the information into Zola than it was for minted to me.

I personally went with basic invites! They had matching save the dates and invites with rsvp cards. As well as the option to put addresses on the envelopes. The quality of the paper was amazing and they even offered foil. They were the cheapest out of all of them. My save the dates came out to 74 with a coupon code they offered and invites/RSVP cards came out to 174 with another coupon they offered. Plus they ship in less than 2 weeks.

We used minted and they weren’t even close to that expensive.. minted often times has lots of sales and promos that go with their stuff. Ours were beautiful and came super quickly. We also got our place cards through them and loved them!

Making the website will give you 50 off, and then I would wait for a sale. It should end up taking 100 off your total by the end altogether. If you’re pretty much ready you can take advantage of the Black Friday sale coming up.

Keep an eye on Ebates for minted too!! They had 10% cash back yesterday, but it changes frequently Smiley smile we went with minted for save the dates and I am obsessed with them. I think for the quality the $$ is a great value! But at the end of the day they are most likely going in the trash, so definitely something to kee in perspective Smiley smile

I've literally spent hours on tons of sites looking through invites. I probably could pick whatever I wanted, but my I have wanted my fiancé's opinion/input from day 1. He's been great! A friend of ours did a trifold type invite from Zola, so I looked through their site, but didn't find anything we liked. We have found an invite on minted that we like so we will more than likely being going with that one. Its a trifold as well. The RSVP tears off the bottom of the invite and they just send it back. Minted also does addressing for FREE so that's worth it to me. I'm currently hand addressing our STDs (mostly because I don't have all the addresses we need yet). Ann's Bridal Bargains might be another option for you. Friends of our used that site as well and their stuff turned out great and looked and felt of good quality.
