Hello, has anyone used Minted's "Buy now, personalize later" option for their invitations? My wedding is only until next November but I have a 20% coupon that's about to expire and would like to buy them now.

If you have used it, what is it like?

Is there an expiration date to when you can personalize your invitations?

Also, how did the personalization process go for you? I'm having a little trouble with it myself.

    I did!! There wasnt a date when I had to be done, they sent reminder emails from time to time. The process was pretty easy, it wasnt too complicated but I also didn't have too many things to change.

    Did you by any chance add any lines or extra wording? I would like to put "__ seats out ___ are reserved in your honor" on the RSVP card but I'm having trouble.

    Yes! I used the special requests box! And then I approved the proof after they added changes.

    Yes, I did personalization, adding of lines of verbiage, making things larger /smaller and they were very easy to work with!

    We used Minted for everything and it all turned out absolutely perfect! They are super easy to work with and will send you multiple proofs until you get exactly what you want.

    I had two made up for both save the dates and invites and they didn’t charge anything additional. I’m not sure if there is a limit though.

    There is a limit - if I recall it may be two or three. Anyway, they are very good and if you know what you want, going back and forth a couple of times will be enough!

    I did for my save the dates. But for your invites - I would wait. You could change your mind on the design and they run specials like this several times a year.
