Mint green bridesmaid dresses

Nora, on July 19, 2016 at 11:07 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 13

I'd love anyone's thoughts on a line for a short, chiffon non-strapless bridesmaid dress in mint green. I really like the precise shade (http://www.donna-morgan.com/donna-morgan-collection/bridesmaid-dresses/rhea-2af850?color=spearmint) but have not had luck with a greater variety of style at J Crew, Anthropologie, David's Bridal, etc. am looking for a line that can be accessed and purchased nationally. Thanks!

Check out Weddington Way! They will send you a free fabric swatch of your choosing along with a swatch in the same color family so you can compare. I'd start with that so you can nail down a color and go from there! (:

It's hard to tell color online but have you looked at Azazie? They have a turquoise color as well that looks similar to the one you posted.

Union Station does dress RENTALS in this very style. My BM dresses are this shade through Union Station called 'seaglass'. They have short or long and then you can pick you style of top - halter, one shoulder, sweetheart strapless, etc. They RENT for $50 - you can get two dresses when you order in two different sizes to try on to make sure they fit, and when it's over, you pop them in the return bag, unlaundered, and they take care of the dry cleaning! Can't beat it!

Order color swatches, looking at pictures on a screen is not the same as actually having the fabric in your hands

Thanks all! I'm planning to order swatches from DB and Azazie (if anyone has looked there), as you're right that the color will look different in person and different designers will use different names/shades. Please keep the advice coming!

My bridesmaids wore mint green knee length chiffon dresses that we ordered from target (the tevolio line), the nice thing about getting them from target is that they come in quickly and can be returned easily if they don't fit

Alfred Angelo has a color that they call Aqua and a lot of their dresses can be ordered in any of their colors (with some exceptions of course). You can go to their website and find a dress you like and then click to see it in that color, but here's an example of one of them.
