Mimosa bar advice

Rachael, on August 9, 2017 at 9:54 AM Posted in Planning 0 6

I am having a brunch type of food at the reception and the only alcohol will be champaign at the mimosa bar. Estimating around 100 people. Does anyone know where to order champaign in bulk and who would buy it back if we ordered too much?! Also what types of juice besides O.J. is good? Thanks

Costco or possibly Wegman's would be a great place to buy champagne. I would suggest pineapple, peach , mango, cranberry juice. Fresh fruit is always good as well. Look on pinterest, they have good ideas for building a mimosa bar.

Moscato is a good addition for mimosas as it is a sweeter wine. Also, white grape juice and cranberry juice are good to have as well. For nonalcoholic drink alternative, lemon-lime soda will still have the bubbly kick. I hope that helps!

I love the "simply" brand for orange juice (and other juices) but I know it can get expensive. Wait for sales at the grocery stores to come around and get them, if you can.

I would also recommend adding beer and wine, just as variety. You wouldn't need much because I'd guess most people would have mimosas.

Damn, now I want a mimosa.

You should supplement it with beer and wine. There are purchasing calculators to find out how much of what to buy. Besides OJ you could do cranberry and peach juices.

I'd say Costco for champagne and you can add juices like cranberry, pineapple, peach, and guava. Maybe to add to the bubbly alcohol, add prosecco?!

I am no help on where to buy it, just came here because somebody mentioned mimosas! But I can assist with flavors: guava, grapefruit, pomegranate, pinepple, passion fruit!
