That is a wonderful looking dress. Hope you can find something like that at a reasonable price. The features are pretty unique and with unusual appliques. Some people have found some good options for custom made dresses. Maybe someone can recommend a dress maker who can include the main aspects you would need.

I tried on Milla Nova dresses before getting mine custom made. They were like, $8,000 - $14,000 if I remember correctly.
I loved one of their skirt styles, and I knew they would be out of my budget so I really just went to try if on and take pictures. The I had a designer custom make my dress with the skirt style I loved and spent less than $1,000

That is GORGEOUS. And also very expensive looking haha. I agree with the others in terms of finding a custom designer who can make something similar. Most won’t copy it exactly, but they’ll get close enough. Etsy has a ton of reputable custom designers for a fraction of the cost, but just make sure you check their work to see if they’ve done something of this magnitude, and check what other brides have said on these forums, Reddit, etc about any designers you’re considering.
