Putting together a meat, cheese, bun tray for midnight lunch. 130 guest invited, budgeting for 100 people for midnight lunch.

How many oz of meat and cheese per person? Also how many buns/pp?

For your late night snack, prepare for 2 servings per person for the entire guest count. In your case, go to Costco and buy food for 260. That is why head counts for the caterers are vital and you always prepare for 100% attendance. Never assume anyone is leaving early either. After a night of dancing, people are starving and thirsty so you don’t want to skimp to save money.
