Micro wedding venues with lodging ( around 40 guests)

Hi everyone! I’m planning a small, intimate wedding for about 40 guests (adults + kids) and we’d love to make it a whole weekend celebration. I’m looking for venues in MD, PA, VA, DE, or NY or on the east coast that have on-site lodging where everyone can stay together and enjoy activities throughout the weekend. Ideally something cozy and charming—like an inn, estate, or retreat-style space. Budget-friendly options are always a plus!
