Micro Wedding Venue in Nj. Help!

Hi,


I’m trying to find a wedding venue of less than 20 people within $5k budget in New Jersey.
I just need for a morning ceremony and would prefer if they could provide lunch but thats fine if they can’t.
I’m specifically looking for beautiful venues maybe with a chapel or lake or really nice views. Really like park chateau, Park savoy and they are near my place but unfortunately they need a minimum of 100 guest.
Could someone please suggest me a beautiful venue?
