Metropol Banquet/ Pasadena City Hall

Hi fellow brides!! I’m thinking of having our ceremony @ Pasadena City Hall & reception at Metropol Banquet Hall in Glendale. Ideally I’d like to have our ceremony at the Metropol location as well but I’m worried we won’t have many photo ops which include scenery. Has anyone else had their ceremony/reception at the Metropol & if so, what locations were the best for your wedding photos?
Also- if anyone has held their reception at Pasadena City Hall, were the permits a hassle? Pros vs. cons?
