  A lot of the ones I have seen are long and skinny. Like the size of an envelope (a piece of paper folded in three also).

  I went to a wedding where it was like that and it must have been no larger than like a Samsung Note phone size

  Mine are 3 × 8.5 inch. It fits a 17 inch napkin folded as a pocket.

  We got ours from Vistaprint! Not sure of the size, but they fit well in our napkin pockets.
