Men's Warehouse

Sara, on April 19, 2020 at 4:15 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8
Hello! I am still feeling hoprful on my September wedding and I'm trying to get my fiance to look at suits online so I can order color samples. I am just wondering if anyone knows what men's Warehouse is doing for people who had to cancel? I just want to know if I should wait on ordering or if I do order, and end up having to postpone, what will they do for us?

You can call their 1800 # and ask them what their policy is. They may also have it on their website.

They unfortunately don't have anything posted on their website, I was hoping someone had dealt with it and would have an answer, but I sent an email to see if I could get answer!

I think they only require a deposit of $20 to rent a tux/suit for the groom. Groomsman are a $5 deposit. I do not know if they keep that if you cancel, I would guess yes. We postponed and they just moved our date without a problem

Just realized you may be talking about buying a suit. Not sure about that

My fiance wants to buy his, but the groomsmen will be renting. I didn't want them to have to pay an extra fee in case we need to push the wedding to next year.

Men’s warehouse cancelled our tux order. They cancelled all orders until May 4th. My fiancé was able to get his tux (though we don’t have it yet) for our May 2nd wedding but I don’t think they handled the situation very well and wouldn’t work with them again. Just saying
