Hello! Our date is 10-14-2022 when should my fiance start his and groomsmen suit process at Men's Warehouse? Anyone know how it all works with them? Do they book up fast?

We walked in to Mens Warehouse and bought a suit without an appt, with alterations to be done in 10 days. Not sure of the rental process..

I've heard a number of horror stories about them having rental shortages and not getting the ordered items to the customer.. I would do it about 4-6 months out. Thats just me though.

H secured his and his groomsmen's rentals probably about 5-6 months in advance but my MIL waited until probably 1-2 months before to order rentals for FIL + H's brothers. I'd just call your local Men's Warehouse and see what they advise!

5 - 4 months out is the generally suggested window. That said- my husband waited until 2 weeks before the wedding to shop and we went to a Men's Warehouse and were IMPRESSED. No appointment but immediately given 1 on 1 with a staff member, he helped us find everything, made helpful suggestions, sized FH from neck to socks, got one of their in house tailors over for measurements with assurance they could do the minor alternations we needed (hemming pant & sleeves), and put a rush delivery on the shirt we picked but was out of stock in FH size. Everything arrived/finished on time and got picked up a few days before the wedding.

Based on our experience we had a few mishaps. They got the wrong shirt size for our best man, wrong shoe sizes for brother in law, wrong pants size for one of the groomsmen, didn't have a blazer for my father in law (instead they grabbed one from the back that was already used and smelled like BO). My husband was NOT happy so he put in a complaint and they reimbursed some money back to us.

It did go smoothly initially when placing our rental stuff, but maybe they were rushing things since my husband booked everything with them a month to a month and a half before our wedding LOL! I kept telling him to take care of it for months and look what happened.

So, I feel like it's a hit or miss honestly. My brother and my dad were fine, but it was just my husband and his guys and his family that got the mess ups :/

We used Men's Warehouse and have no complaints. Our wedding was the end of Sept and I want to say we went some time in July to order tuxes. We didn't have an appointment but we were greeted immediately and had the salesperson's full attention the entire time.

I'm not sure what kind of service you're going to get considering they filed for bankruptcy. They're closing a lot of stores. I'd consider using generation tux or the black tux, which are both online.

Yes unfortunately. Jos. A bank is owned by the same company and they're closing stores also. I'm sad because I really wanted to see the suits in person. I've heard good things about generation tux and the black tux though.

I was just looking into blacktux! They seem reasonable with good quality.
