Men's warehouse custom tux?

That honestly doesnt sound bad for a custom suit. For the groomsmen tho id consider renting since they probably wont want to buy one

My fiancé is in the same boat, but $350 for pants and jacket seems way too cheap! Ours will be around $1,000 also from MWH. But hey if that's really the deal, then of course do it.

@Karie we have 5 groomsmen ages 31-42 (and my 15 year old brother)... I thought it might be too expensive but the 2 that have responded are into it! So we will see.... lol

@Rachel I thought it was pretty cheap too! He tried to sell us one around $1k first (made in USA, canvas chest panel thing, etc.) but then let us know there was another more economical option! It's just not made in the us and has no canvas thing.. so what!! Haha

My husband did it. It's the same price for our 8 and 3 year old.

@LaKesha, how did it turn out for your husband? Same price point as the one we are considering?

In thinking maybe consider your GMs, can they all afford to buy a custom suit that they may or may not wear again? That'd be way more than I'd be willing to pay for a dress to wear to a friend's wedding- just saying

When you went there did you have him actually try anything on? Of course they want you to spend the extra money for a custom suit. Obviously that's more $$

My FH got a suit today. Everything included + alterations for $294..

@chip that's why I said we are discussing their budgets with them before we make the decision to make sure they are all on board with it

@Hannah that's great! Does he happen to have a similar build to my FH? That's the only reason off the rack is tough for us. Was it a 3 piece? Definitely worth checking off the rack first

Here's my guy! {weird angle} sorry. He's 6" and a husky build I guess. 38/30 jeans.

We are doing a custom suit for my FH and will probably go to Men's Warehouse now that I see how nice your fiance looks. We are going to have the groomsmen rent.

Originally I wanted to do the custom tux/suit for FH and have the groomsmen rent, but I'm concerned about matching... we are going with navy and the color seems to vary so much!

Our colors are navy and gray as well. He looks sharp!

We did our suits they Macy's tuxedo shop which uses MW. They came out for a little over $200 for everything

My FH and his BM (aka FOG) both got custom suits from MW. $395 each for the Joseph Aboud custom suits with a few upgrades which isn't bad since they were custom. It took 5 weeks to get them in so make sure you calculate that time and add in a huge buffer in case it's late, which is what happened to us. We went around and around with them and were lied to several times before the suits finally came in. After all of the back and forth and drama and lies and speaking to at least 10 different people, they actually reimbursed us for the suits. So we got back almost $800 and still have 2 nice custom suits made. I would have rather not had to deal with the stress (we were waiting for the suits to come in So we could match the ties and shoes) but at least they compensated us in the end.

My husband went the custom option. Once you started adding in all the extras past the Pants, jacket and vest the price really starts to add up. You still need the shirt, bow tie/tie, pocket square, possibly suspenders and the shoes.

Final cost for my husband was Close to $900 once we finished buying everything. On the plus side he's already worn it to other formal events so we can get our money's worth and he got something that he really wanted.
