Men's ivory dress shirt

We had issues finding them too! But we did have luck at men's warehouse! Strange that you didn't.

I wish I could help, the hunt for them was rough.

If he's size large or bigger destination XL is great and they have ivory.

Just have him wear white! I agree that ivory looks dirty - like yellow sweat :/

DH wore a white shirt and vest, my dress was ivory - and it looked good together!

@annakay15 you both look awesome!!! mine has a gold underlay which makes it have that ivory pop and i put a white shirt next to it before it went to the seamstress and it definitely was a contrast. The light grey he wants to wear now scares me too and without the dress in hand, oof. headaches to say the least!

They say that if you can't find an exact match, the groom should always be in a darker color. I'm not 100% sold on the ivory color that Men's Warehouse had either...so we bought it, but we also bought a black shirt for him. I don't have my ivory dress in the house (alterations has it) but I just bought a wrap in the same color so I can compare the ivory dress color to the darker ivory shirt (that I swear is yellow) and let you know how it works out lol.

If FH wore white I'd worry that my "antique gold" maggie would look dingy next to him... we lucked out at tuxedo junction... maybe you could rent just the shirt?

Unless your dress is a true ivory, which has a rich undertone, a white dress shirt looks fine next to it. My dress is called pearl ivory and unless you hold it next to a stark white fabric it looks pretty damn white, FH will be wearing a white dress short and next to my dress they look almost the same.
