Our guys (most of them) already have shirts and shoes they need and we're buying their accessories. Where is a good place for them to rent or buy grey slacks that's cost efficient?

I would try places like Ross! that's what a lot of our groomsmen did.

If local stores are open in your area, check out Ross or Burlington.. Otherwise you can order online at Etsy or Dillards, etc.

If you can get all the sizes ASAP, I'd focus on Father's Day sales at places like Kohl's. For daughter's wedding, with sale prices and a variety of coupons, she ended up buying all the guy's white dress shirts for less than $6 a piece during Kohl's Father's Day sale (and her wedding wasn't until the following January). At other times of year, I agree that Ross/Burlington/etc. can be great, but you might be limited by the available stock.

For my husband's friend's wedding, he got all of his stuff from Kohl's. The bride and groom picked out a specific pair of jeans, dress shirt and tie so he just had to go to a local Kohl's and purchase the items in the correct size. I would recommend picking one pair and asking them to get the pants in their size. I wouldn't let them pick their own or you will get all different styles and colors of grey.
