Memorial table placement

Heather, on August 24, 2020 at 2:27 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 4

Hi lovelies, I am having a memorial table for some very important people in my life(my son, my mom, my son's heart recipient, etc). Our ceremony is outside and our reception is inside. My question is, where the heck do i put it? I would love it outside while we say I do but I also want it inside for the reception. Would it be too much to have it outside and then have one of the groomsman move it inside? lol It will not be extremely heavy, just a few crates.

I think it would be fine to have the table outside for the ceremony, and then ask either the groomsmen or ushers (if you have ushers) to move it inside for the reception! Just make sure whoever is setting up the reception hall saves a spot for it.

I don't think it's too much to ask the groomsmen to move it and it think that's actually a great idea. I'm sure it will be more meaningful to you to have them there during the ceremony, but having the display inside for the reception allows more people to see to them.
