Meeting with Photographer

I would just bring a notepad and pen to take notes. I'm not sure what was discussed before booking, but here are some things we asked our photographer.

1.) can they help with timeline?

2.) do you charge a travel fee?

3.) is a second shooter included in the package?

4.) what is the turnaround time for our photos?

5.) do you carry backup equipment?

I'd talk about a day of timeline, how long they will be there, how many pictures their contract includes & the turn around & if you get a print release, do they bring an assistant or a second shooter, do they provide prints, what their total fees are, do they require a vendor meal, what their shot list is, if they've been to the venue! I'd bring a pad & paper.

I would def. start by telling her what photos you care to have and which ones you don't care to have, so this way it saves some time.
