To postpone or not... that is the question. I have 9 weeks till my wedding, and as we all know there is a mass gathering ban for the next 8 weeks.

I’m so conflicted as I am sure the rest of you are

Just reach out to your venue/vendors and see if they will remain open. In almost all states it is a suggestion not a requirement and weddings do not fall under the category of some of the events that have been requested to have limited gatherers. Hopefully this will be over during that time.

At the White House press conference yesterday it sounded like things may not get back to normal until July or Aug. Not sure what that means exactly, but it has me concerned. I’m already contemplating rescheduling my fall wedding. 😢

The official CDC guidance is now they strongly urge people to postpone any events for groups over 50. I'd check with your vendors and see what their policy is for postponing\cancelling. It's not uncommon for vendors to have penalties\no refund policies starting at 60 days out. I would let that guide your final decision. I'm in the same boat. Best of luck!

I would postpone asap and try to get a choice of date next year. I'm betting almost everything is booked up for the fall/winter months for this year.

I would postpone immediately if possible. If you wait until the end of the eight weeks there may not be enough time or availability left to go around.
