I like the dress, and I think they should have no problems finding a pink dress to match. What I more would worry about is her standing out more than you. Since you didn’t say the style of your dress, if it’s not equally as blingy, it may put your MoH in the foreground and you in the back with the rest of the bridesmaids. I would think of the bridal party standing together as a whole, and envision what your pictures are going to look like. If you’re outside, is the sun catching the sequins going to outshine your wedding gown? I think it’s awesome how you want your MoH to stand out and be beautiful as that’s often not the case. But it’s hard to know how this dress will go with the overall look of your wedding without having any other details.

That 👗is a leaning to the a bit too sexy side.

But, she is the only one so far who has even taken the time to look for a dress. So, it's really had to envision them all together, if I've been asking them for weeks to get dresses. They all have told me that it's very early and will get to it, but we have 5 months to go.

Coincidentally enough, I agree with Jeanie lol. I think the dress is beautiful and there's nothing wrong with standing out and being sexy. However, the dress should not outshine your dress in any way. It should also align with the bridesmaid dresses so there's some form of consistency. I think you have to see what each bridesmaid chose as their dresses and take it from there.

You know what’s great about it being your wedding? This is your call. The other bridesmaids, while entitled to their opinions, should respectfully wear what they’re asked to. If you love your MOH’s dress (which is stunning, btw) and if you feel it aligns with your vision, that’s all that matters. My best guess is maybe they’re a little jelly because that dress is so striking!

I like the dress but it depends on the formality of your wedding. This dress would be perfect for a formal evening wedding!

Hmmm I'd have to see what the other gals are wearing to really know and what your gown looks like because it's a nice dress but it DOES stand out quite a bit unless all the other bridesmaids have something sort of along those lines.

Thank you. I believe with me show them her dress, it really got them on the ball on finding something that they can shine in. I would not mind at all if they all wore sequin. I would love if they all stood out from the guest.

Yes we are having a formal/semi formal event.

My Matron of Honor is wearing a dress very similar, except her's is gold! My bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy as well.

As for the dress for your MOH, I think it will be so pretty!! It's totally up to you. I don't think it would be too much!

I don't think people are going to really pay much attention to your MOH's dress. They'll be much more focused on yours
