Matching veil

Zaira, on November 25, 2019 at 12:31 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 6
Help! Anyone have any suggestions on what style veil I should wear with my dress. I tried on a cathedral veil but it covers up the nice design on the dress. I also tried on a lace veil and it seemed a little too overwhelming with a lot of lacing. Any ideas/suggestions on veils to match with my dress? Here are some pics of my dress. Thank you in advance!

I wouldn't go much longer than fingertip! Its gorgeous though - try Amazon or etay for a simple tulle veil. I'm getting mine from Blanca Veils on Etsy. Samantha is amazing to work with and readily available to answer any questions you might have about veils.

I agree with pp: check out blanca veils. I still think a cathedral would look beautiful- just get a really sheer one (look at the width when purchasing). I would do a raw edge.

I wanted to ask: where did you get your belt? I am looking for one that thin- did it come with the dress or did you purchase separately?

I love cathedral veils. I never really thought about sheerness though, so thanks!

The belt actually came with the dress. You should look into amazon and Ebay. I'm sure they have plenty of belts there and at a reasonable price too.

Fingertip length would be great for your dress! I think a simple raw-edged one would be pretty while not overwhelming the lace details

I suggest fingertip mantilla veils. I love the lace on the edge but back is sheer. A friend of mine did blanca but i used Alex bridal on etsy and I love my veil. I only returned it to exchange it for an ivory colour to better match my dress which is champagne. The owner is very communicative and very helpful. I would say check them out as well but I agree with the others to probably keep it at fingertip length because I'd like that naturally flows better with the beautiful train that is on your dress.
