Masks Required

Angie, on April 5, 2021 at 9:35 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Hi all!

My city and venue are still requiring masks when indoors. Our ceremony will be outdoors, but dinner and dancing will be inside. I'd like to include the venue's requirements on something with our invitation suite/website and I am looking for different ways of wording everything. Has anyone else done this?

Thanks!

You can just copy and paste whatever your citys guidelines are about weddings something like "per the ny.gov guidlines on weddings masks and social distancing will be required during our event"

We put an insert in the wedding invitation and updated our website with the states guidelines. I put “ As of March 15, NYS guidelines for weddings are as follows” ...... and copied and pasted the rest.

We are doing online RSVP so we had a card directing people to the website to RSVP and to read the Safety section of our website. We put a blurb that we will be following the City's rules at the time of the wedding that include masking and distancing.

I'd put something to direct them to your website. We put on our invites for more information on the wedding please visit our website at _______. Then we put on our wedding website a section that says covid restrictions for our wedding based off of state guidelines. And then with that we out all the states guidelines for weddings.

I just printed out info about masks on computer paper and cut slips of them to throw in with the invite.
