Mary Kay Raffle?

Will, on August 7, 2017 at 3:21 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8

My Future Wife got a call from Mary Kay saying that she won a spa day or something. I know Mary Kay is a legit company (other than some semi MLM issues) but I just wanted to see if anyone else won a similar raffle and how it went. Was it a trick to try to up-sell you? Is there anything she needs to watch out for? Thank You!

Yes, I won one. I never responded to the emails, I just think they will try to sell a bunch of products.

A friend of mine won a demonstration for her and 4 friends and invited me to join her. Yes, we tried some products (I had an adverse reaction to one), but they were absolutely trying to sell us stuff and get us to sign up to be consultants.

I went to one. Pretty much EVERY bride gets this and this is a way for them to sell their products. I had 3 different women call me.

Everyone "wins" that. Its a way for the MK consultant to try to sell you products. Not worth your time!

She "won" the opportunity to be sold products. Not exactly a win in my book.

I won one before i was so excited till they tried to make me buy the products I liked. Also the free gift basket sucked she could of kept it. I think it was a bar of soap and hand with a lemon soap w

    that triggered my allergies.

It's the way they market. I love some of their products but I wish I could get them without having to interact, lol..

And yes, it's an MLM company, no sortas about it. Doesn't make it bad,but just something to know.
