Married couple with different last names

Ok, I have found how to properly address invites to married couples with the same last name, unmarried couples and couples with kids.

BUT, how do I address invites to married couples where the woman kept her last name? I have two like this. One, it's just the couple with no kids but the other is the couple and two kids.

My mom kept her name, but their invite will still be Mr & Mrs. Step-dad's first and last name.
