Marriage license

So can you still get your marriage license with all this going on? I know you can do it online, but I thought you have to sign it and all at the courthouse. I’m not sure , I’m in Delaware.

    Every county is different. You will need to contact your local courthouse/licensing office/country registrar (that part is very regional, too) to see what the process is.

    I'm in NJ and we just got ours Friday! It is being sent in the mail this week. We made an appointment via phone, met outside of the courthouse with our masks and turned in our marriage license application

    I’m concerned because my wedding was planned for September, I’m concerned about them being closed by then.. so I might do it sooner and just have it at home.

    I dont blame you. We are having a small ceremony with 10people and the reception at our apartment. There's this lady in Clayton NJ who has a garden in her yard that she has really fixed up and will be our officiant. Make it as special as you can with those you love
