I was wondering what’s the best time to do our marriage license application our ceremony is going to be on October 23rd should we do it the end of September or a week before our wedding?

Hey there!! Marriage license laws differ from state to state so i would definitely recommend contacting the office where you will get your marriage license to determine when the correct time to get it is!
