  Not right now. I’m in San Diego and those offices are closed. This is what’s listed on our local website for civil marriages “ In accordance with the County Health Officer and with Governor Newsom's "shelter-in-place" order, our offices will be closing their doors to the public and will not be able to issue marriage licenses or perform civil ceremonies until further notice.
