I LOVE my marquise diamond on my solitaire ring! My mom has a marquise, too, so that makes it special that we match! I absolutely adore this shape because I feel like it has so much personality and makes a big statement whether its a solitaire or surrounded by other stones!

I remember you posting on my thread when FH and I were trying to decide what ring to go with! Your ring is so beautiful!! We did ultimately decide on a Marquise cut stone. Despite me trying to talk myself out of it for fear of it scratching my kids, I just didn't love any shape as much as I did the Marquise, and FH saw that and refused to settle. We chose a rose gold band with small round diamonds on all three side, he picked out the perfect Marquise center stone himself, and we chose a beautiful rose gold enhanser with black and white diamonds as my wedding band. We are both so happy with the choice we made together. This ring is so very special to me!

I don't have one but I love the way these rings look. Plus, my FH's name is Marquis so I always thought it would've been cool to have a marquise shaped diamond lol. P.S your ring is beautiful!
