Marquee/Sign Phrase outside of the Reception - any suggestions?

Kimpy, on June 4, 2012 at 10:34 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 8

We are having our names put up on the sign outside of the Reception hall. We just don't really know what we want to have as our "catch phrase". We live nearby, so I look every weekend to see what other couples have. Here are a few I remember:

Happily Ever After

Congratulations

Just Married

Two Become One

Does anyone else have any other suggestions? Or is there one I mentioned that you really like? We can have 4 lines - so we will have something like this:

Line One

Optional Line Two

Name & Name

Date

Does your wedding have a theme? Can you tie in the signage with any aspect of your wedding?

Do you have to have a catch phrase? Could you not just put your names and wedding date?

Hmmm our theme is mostly fall leaves/fall colors

We don't really have to put anything fancy. We don't even have to put our names up if we don't want to, but we want to. If I can't think of anything fancy to say, we will use "Just Married".
