I do think of Fall when I see your pallet. What about any of these:

If you eliminate the black, and add in a lighter color the pallet may give off nicer "spring vibes" but if you like those colors choose them! Don't let a time of year dictate your color pallet.

You can use these colors but the style could be more dainty, such as small spring florals on your invitations or decor. Or you can add touches of baby's breath to make seem more spring-like.

That looks very nice and perfect for March! If anything, maybe go heavier on the lighter colors and add cream, blush and gold accents. If it's part of your vision, lush florals will look nice (fresh or fake if you're on a tight budget, also consider doing "garden style" arrangements)
