Has anyone had a hard time deciding on what they want to do for their honeymoon due to covid? I'm also getting married March 13th ,2021

I’m getting married 3/13/21. I still need to order my cake, and tuxes otherwise I have everything else ready to go

We also thought about Hawaii, but with the virus crap you have to take the test 72 hrs prior, and quarantine once you get there. What kind of honeymoon is that? We have ultimately decided we’re probably going to have to stay within the states. Still looking for a place to go.

I’m March 13th!!! We’re having a destination wedding in Louisiana about a half hour away from New Orleans. It’ll be here before you know it! I have a lot done but still quite a bit more to do.

3/13/21 here! I’ve got most of my list done. Just working on the small things now as well as what to do for our honeymoon. We were thinking of road tripping on the West side of the country to visit national parks and go hiking but with COVID it’s a little hard to plan!

Hello Brianna! We had to reschedule our wedding from 10/24/2020 and are now scheduled for 3/13/2021 and I am making progress on my to do list. It helps that I already had some things done for the original date. We also chose a different venue, this one requires that we have a wedding planner and that is definitely helping to keep the stress down

Hi! Not a 3/13 Bride but getting married 3/27/21. I have all my vendors hired at this point, picked out our menu, cake, linen's and just scheduled our rehearsal dinner. My bridesmaids just need to buy their dresses, the men and my groom need to get their suit and we are doing DIY aisle decor, center pieces, and escort cards and really just need to make them. I'm less worried about planning now and more worried about having to reschedule (CA has some tight restrictions) It sounds like you've also got a lot done which is great! My strategy is if I do more sooner I don't have to be as stressed out as we get closer.

We’re exactly on the 13th and we have a few things checked off. We have DJ, venue/caterer (all inclusive) all though we are doing the food tasting soon.. photographer/videographer we have appointments set to make sure that's who we are going with ,haven't found florists but have a person that will take care of all decorations, and I said yes to the dress/ shoes ready for the fitting and alterations right after Thanksgiving . Sending out save the dates next month .

View Quoted Comment Sounds like me. I literally just read up on all the Covid precautions for Hawaii and I agree it’s not much of a vacation. Also read that each island has different precautions. I think we’re going to decide on a state we want to visit and do a stateside trip.

March 13th Gatlinburg destination wedding! We have a lot of our list checked off at least with the “ordered” note. We still have a few things left on the list but most decisions are made.
We hit a snag with our welcome dinner. We booked an Airbnb for our moms and kids for the weekend and we’re planning to have Chef FH cook however AirBnB isn’t allowing events so we are trying to figure out something else. I’m not loving the options or cost so far.
I’m currently trying to figure out my hair and makeup. It’s been a process and I’m still not loving it. We still have to get BM’s suit, our wedding bands, alterations for the two bridesmaids and my dress. Those are the bigger expenses we still have. Everything else is just smaller details stuff.

Date twins! Everything is pretty much booked and ready to go. I am working on the fine details now like decor, signs, centerpieces. Its coming up so soon!

We just booked Sandals Grande Antigua. It looks like certain islands/destinations have their COVID protocol down pat at this point and have very few covid cases because of the precautions they've taken!

I am also on March 13th, 2021! Pretty nervous but making major decisions and pushing forward, about to mail out my save the dates today!!! About to start with the suits and florist within the next week or so!

I have so many mixed emotions 😬 still planning and moving forward for the time being
