Mantilla veil vs Lace veil

I think it's the kind of lace. A mantilla lace is thick I think as opposed to other laces. But I'm not actually Hispanic so I'm not sure.

I am a Spanish teacher and I do not know lol. I know Mantilla veils more so have to do with the catholic church and can be great for coverage and can be very thick but I do not like the very thick lace patterns.

View Quoted Comment A quick google and it looks like how you wear it determines if its mantilla as well - it needs to be worn high on the head with the thick lace? It is meant for coverage I think, since it was a style popular with the traditional Spanish catholics. I think you might be able to do a thinner lace high on your head and get the same style.

The 2nd pic is cute. I will need to offer up the other one as I asked to exchange it and two days later the owner responds and says too late to refund or exchange. Understandable but not spending more money with them lol.

Yeah because I know that everyone liked that first veil in that post I made but I felt it did not have what I was looking for and I wanted mantilla so I love the lace mostly around ha ha.
