Airbrush is literally sprayed on whereas traditional makeup is applied on. I had airbrush makeup for my brother's wedding and traditional makeup for mine. I like them both. It just so happened that the person that we went to for my brother's did airbrush and the person I hired didn't. Airbrush makeup is lighter and lays longer. You can build up the amount of foundation you want by the amount of times it applied. It’s weather resistant and great for hot temperatures. I highly recommend it and would have tour HMUA do a trial on your skin using the airbrushing. Look up the process online if you are still unsure. I did it and it was light but great coverage and lasted all day and night.

Yes, I think both stayed very well. In my opinion, it depends on how well the makeup artist does your makeup.

My makeup artist told me airbrush is worse for dry skin because it will cling to the dry patches! Not sure of your skin type but something to think about. I did traditional makeup.
