    May I make a suggestion?

You should consider going to a makeup counter for a makeover and have the girl explain to you exactly what she is doing, which color she is putting on, what brush she is using, etc and use this experience to learn how to do the makeup yourself if not applying airbrush. (Sorry, I don't know what the other thread was about.)

I'm a big fan of Urban Decay because the pigments are so beautiful but they can also be a bit glittery.

For the natural look & mix/matching different shades:

(I just bought this for my mom actually.)

    Lips:

This is very pretty on and can be worn over light and dark lipsticks.

Oh and your lips need to be filled in appropriately. I see the person was trying to create a new shape but you will regret doing that when you see your wedding photos. Don't be scared to show off your full lips and use a nude pencil if that works better for you. You're beautiful and you want to show off your features instead of dulling them as shown. The one thing that will really shape your face and style are your brows. So grow them out and visit a Benefit counter or other professional brow shaping place so that they can really bring out your features. I used to let the ladies at the nail shops do mine and stopped once I saw the difference between their shaping skills and the ladies at the Benefit counter. Its a huge difference.

But these are only suggestions. You do what makes you happy.

I agree, it doesn't look like wedding day make-up. It just doesn't give the wow factor. I think your make-up in your profile picture has more pop than the look she gave you. The same vibrant lipstick and a dramatic eye will do the trick.

I also think that your makeup could look wayyyyyyyyyyyy better!! At first I thought you did this yourself. This doesnt look like a professional job IMO. Dont get offended, you are a beautiful woman but I would suggest finding someone else to do the job.

Did a professional do this? I hope not, this is tooo ordinary, and to be honest it looks like a teenager did it. Please try someone else!!! Someone that can actually blend the eye shadow would be a good start. Good luck!

Someone else did this? im sorry i didnt read all the posts.... is she a professional? If so i believe you need to find another. If it was a friend helping you out- some work can be done. darker eye shadow, darker lips, mascara/fake lashes, darker base and something to take away the shine.

you are very pretty and this isnt doing you justice at all.

I would go with a lip color that is closer to a natural shade. That pink is way to bright, as is your eye shadow.
