I want to have makeup done for my, but I don't wear makeup at all. and I don't want to spend a tone on makeup trials or buying a bunch of makeup that I cant/wont use. I have tired a couple of filters to try and see what I would look like with different styles. Most of them just make me look so much different and not like my self. I don't really have family that does makeup. Just looking for advice.

You could do a search for a minimal makeup routine. Then practice doing it so you get used to a basic look and maybe get some compliments on how you look. Do this a couple times a week. Even if it is not really your future plans to do makeup, it could help you be ready for makeup on your wedding day. That makeup can help in the photos taken -- and just doing the makeup special for that day -- all to make the photos more appreciated later on.
Also, I think some makeup stores will do a makeup session or maybe a certain product trial for free. Try going with that for the day or a date night. Maybe not even speak about it -- so you just see what people notice.
There also were community college summer classes on makeup years ago around here. Maybe there is something like that in other places -- possibly training to use those techniques on "clients."
