Makeup artist Vendor

Vandana, on July 30, 2015 at 4:19 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 1

Hi ladies,

I need advice on how to word something in an email to my previous makeup artist I had booked but now need to cancel my makeup and hair for wedding & reception. I am unhappy with the customer service she gave to my bridesmaid and how disorganized she is when it came to sending an invoice and the break down of the cost when I had paid in full. I am still within that 30 days where to truly book/cancel with the makeup artist (per contract). How would you word in a nice way to the makeup artist that you weren't truly happy with the services provided and communication?

please help.

thanks!

Have you already spoken your concerns with this vendor? If you have talked to her and let her know that you are not satisfied, you can just follow up stating that you are providing written notification that you will no longer be requiring her services on the day of your wedding.
