Make up trial picture heavy

Today I had my make up trial. Some how I deleted my make up inspiration album on my phone so I had to quickly showed her some ideas on my pinterest. I will state the pros and cons. So first off I booked with a make up girl who I thought was who would do the make up personally. I recently found out she contracts out. Well with some stress and tears she was lovely and worked to find me a make up person whose work I was comfortable with. Fast forward in my contract is says the foundation is air brushed. I never had this and was excited. Well the make up artists says she does her airbrush with sponges and brushes. I guess I was expecting a spray but she doesn't do it that way 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway at the end of the session I hated me eye shadow. The inspo pictures was pinks and she used brown and the lip stick was a peachy pink. I dont use those tones. I'm more black, pink, mauze girl. That was a bit disappointing. Also when I left I noticed a dry acne spot that looked horrible and not concealed very well. I'm currently on a new prescription acne med that makes my skin dry and patchy. Now the good. My make up artist was so sweet and fun. Very professional. I have really small hooded eyes and she gave me big beautiful eyes. Despite the dislike of colors for my shadow I loved the eye liner and lashes. My eyes seem big and clear, which I loved. The rest of my face seemed well covered. She makes her own makeup so she made a custom lipstick for me. It was so cool and neat to see how that was done. I liked my custom lipstick a lot. She said we can add, remove, tweak whatever I want. I came home and napped and make up still looks the same except for lipstick and worn off. So I'm looking up more inspiration pictures with pinks and going to send them to her.
