Maid of honors

Brittany, on February 25, 2020 at 9:09 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
I have a 3 women that I will be asking to stand with me. They are all married. I’m looking into getting glasses and bags to gift them. Should I get each one Maid of Honor? Call them all Maid of Honors.

If they are married, they would be considered a Matron if Honor. Maid of Honor is for an unmarried woman. If they aren’t Matron of Honor, they would be a bridesmaid.

Nah! I would just do bridesmaid if you don’t want to designate just one MOH.

They'd all be Matron of Honor, but in all honesty, I think they'd probably prefer their names on any bags or glasses. You'd want them to be able to use them after the wedding, I'm sure. I'd just go that route anyway.

1.) Married women would be matrons, not maids.
2.) Why not just have them all be bridesmaids? There’s no honor in being a matron if everyone else has the same title.
3.) Most people don’t want to carry a bag that says bridesmaid/matron/maid of honor. I would put their names instead.
