I'd ask her. Standing next to you might be enough. I have seen girls fo a jeweled belt for MOHs though

My MOH had a different/larger bouquet. Otherwise, she wore the same dress in the same color.

We bought a strand of rhinestone trim (probably about a quarter inch wide) at Hobby Lobby and sewed it to the waist seam of the MOHs' dresses (there were two). Daughter's dress had a beautiful jeweled belt, so it sort of mirrored hers. It was probably less than $20 for the trim for both dresses (with coupons) and it took me about 20 minutes to tack the trim onto the dresses using clear nylon thread. It was just enough to set them apart without being a big difference.

My two sisters are my moh's . I'm planning on them carrying floral wreaths/hoops while the other girls just have bouquets

I'm going to have mine wear a flower barrette in her hair

My MOH will just have a larger bouquet. All 3 of my girls are wearing the same color.

For me my bridesmaid are wearing the same color and different styles .. my maid of honor style will be more tight fitting as I know that’s what she likes

My MOH (second from right) wore a dress that was a different material. It wasn’t deliberate actually, just happened to be the dress she preferred. But I thought it was a good idea and a subtle way to distinguish her without making her stand out too much

My sister had all her BMs in the same color, but all BMs wore one dress style and her two MOHs wore a different dress style with more embellishment. I'm not sure yet, but I am thinking my MOHs will wear the same color dress but with white lace on the bodice (I found a few on azazie). Other ideas are a sash or different hair style/hair accessory.

I didn't really distinguish mine. But she ended up being distinguished by opting for a shorter dress than the others. Which was fine by me since i let them choose.

My MOH’s dress has a satin bodice and a chiffon skirt. all of the other girls will have just chiffon. it’s a subtle way to make her stand out!
