I would try Vistaprint! You can upload your own image and they have tons of things to choose from! There is almost always a sale on. We ordered our save the dates through them last year on black friday and they were not expensive at all, but the quality was great!

I think Shutterfly might have an option to upload your own image for save the date magnets!
