Maggie Sottero Contact Information

Britt, on July 27, 2010 at 2:01 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

I am looking for a phone number to contact Maggie Sottero. I have googled and googled and googled some more and I have had no luck. I even signed up by email thinking that may give me some more information but it didn't. So I need some help. If anyone could find me a phone number that would be so great!!

I am trying to contact them to see if a store that I have put a deposit on a dress is licensed to sell them. I did not realize that I put a deposit on a knock off, I was told it was a Maggie, and I am not happy with the beading and they said that they would change it and now can't so they want to sell me the original for $500 more which I have no problem with but want to make sure that I am getting an original since they are not listed as an authorized dealer. Smiley sad

This is a total bait and switch! Why in the world would you give them MORE of your money?!

The maggie site has a listing of authorized dealers. If they are not there, they are not authorized. Get your money back and go to an authorized dealer.

How do I confirm that a store is an authorized Maggie Sottero retailer?

You can verify a retailer as being authorized by finding them on our online Store Locator. Also, please look for our "Authorized Maggie Sottero Retailer" seal in the retailer's shop window. In addition to the aforementioned steps, your retailer should provide you with a "Maggie Sottero Certificate of Authenticity". This is a beautiful certificate including an embossed seal, an original serial number, and a place for the bride's name and the name of the authorized store where the gown was purchased.

Here is the link to the Store Locator: http://www.maggiesottero.com/stores.aspx

Is the store you purchased from on there?

I do feel like I have been lied to and I am not happy. I should have added that I have no problem paying the extra $500 from a different store.

The whole problem with the knock off is that they use the same beads on the ivory dress as they do on the white dress and they are about the size of a nickel and it looks awful! So I went to another store to see if they could help and they had the Maggie dress as well as the knock off that another bride had brought to have fixed that was ordered at the store wher I bought my dress!

Nope they store I bought it from is not on there.

I just want to make sure that if I can not get my deposit back and have to order the dress from them which is very last resort that I am getting an original dress.
