Magbridal.com dresses

It sounds and looks like a Chinese knockoff site. Not only are these dresses not made from quality materials, the designs and photos ate stolen from the actual designer.

Check Etsy for online, but honestly fine a local boutique to buy a dress from.

That's the way I was planning to go and then when I saw the dresses on there I got excited. But I had second thoughts of course. It was like a "too good to be true" type of situation

Yes tried ordering something and it said that my card they couldn't use my card then I got an email saying that it was successfully went through so then I also got a text message saying something about a fraud if I ordered this I'm at the price now I put no because why would you get an email saying a fraud now my card is blocked because it might be a scam anybody else to have this issue

Not good business people

They will not refund if the colour is not what you ordered, they will argue everything they can and will just refuse return / refund. The dresses look nothing like the pictures and the material is cheap and nasty. Beading on dresses are plastic and cheap.

I just saw this site on Pinterest and they look gorgeous and so cheap. I think it’s too good to be true. I went to a few local shops and everything was so expensive over $1000 and so big, I’m a size 2 and I would also have to spend with alterations. I’ve been looking at coco melody an ju house. Does seem to be a bit better but the whole online shopping for a wedding dress is scary. Any other recommendations?

One year ago I bought a dress.

They send it and then called to confirm the sending.

The dress is really gorgeous and the price is similar the quality, as some american dresses.

The adjustment of the dress is good and it does not look ordinary

I bought someone off jj's house (not my dress) never received the item but they are claiming it was delivered (it wasn't) and refusing a refund. I hear it's about 50/50 with them so be careful if you order you could end up without that dress. I currently have a dispute in on my card.

I have my nightmare with my order of my wedding dress one month ago. I have order my dress from magbridal.co on 26th August 2018 and I've received a trush ( dress on a very low quality and it doesn't match to the picture on the website) on 27th September. I've called immediately on the phone number from "Contacts" and the Custemer Service Team explained me that I have to write an e-mail with my complain. Already three days I am writting and writting and the replies from them are the same - "Thank you for your e-mail It is appreciatd that you could offer the photos to us for checking. Here the dressmaker usually use the closest material to tailor the dress and the effect of dress is usually come out closest to the photo shows. While the dress is newly made, it could not tailor the dress exactly same as the photo shows. Thanks for your understanding. And the quality of dress is good as you see, we do hope that you could keep the dress and we could chekc with dressmaker for a discount for the dress.Thanks."

I don't want to keep the dress, because this is something totally different. I am from Bulgaria and here the price for this dress is half os my salary.

Please, could you assist me with my issue.

Oh no! This makes me scared and a little disappointed! I'm getting married soon and I planned on buying my dress from Magbridal. The style of dress I wanted was WAY to expensive in the local bridal shop and every style of dress I love was on the website. Not to mention, the prices sound awesome. But now, I'm not sure about ordering from here.... Dang.🙁

I have been looking at Coco Melody as well. Since the dress will be made in China, I am a bit nervous about ordering it. I have tried to buy the sample from their LA shop (I live in Denver) or even have the sample sent to a local bridal boutique to see it. No go so far.

I bought several dresses from this company. I was very pleased with the quality and look of the dresses. The pictures do not do them justice. They are much prettier. The fit is exactly as it should be. I highly recommend for all little girls

Beautiful outfit but wrong color. Order Dark Purple and received Lilac and the company offered me 14.00 and said I should wear it and be happy. Here is the actual email from company. FYI: This company is in Singapore.

I just tried to order a dress from MagBridal.com and every card I used either declined or "failed" to process. I guess I should take this as a sign and from all the negative reviews here and not purchase from them.

DO NOT use this Mag Bridal. I was looking at dresses & had decided to take a shot. Their website was funky & kept cycling me around to create an account, but ehn i could never check out, never even entered my card #. SO I gave up 7 decided to try it again the next day. The website was working, but when I entered my card #, it was declined. I checked my bank account & this site was already charging me for 2 dresses....a total of $300. My bank had flagged it as fraud & i agree!! This is a scam site! Save yourself the time & trouble & find a local shop or legit website. Mag Bridal is neither of these!!!
