m & M's sale using Groupon voucher for favors

A lot of times we overthink favors and sometimes if it's even worth the expense depending on what it is being that weddings are expensive as is. From the very beginning I knew I wanted to do something edible just wasn't sure what and then I remembered that you can personalize M&Ms.

Facebook had an add showing that Groupon had three different vouchers for "create your own M&Ms" as low as $26 for a $40 value and $59 for $100 value. I created my own design on the website, with icons, texts, three different coated colors on the candies and you can even add an image on them. The price after customizing was $114 and change not including the $9.99 shipping. The $114 includes all the customizations above for a 5 pound bag.

I purchased the Groupon voucher for $59, I applied the voucher code to my cart and it took off $100. My remaining balance is $24 and some cents. So my total for a 5 pound bag full of customized candies will be $83 adding the Groupon purchase versus $125. I purchased some butter mints, two bags containing 50 each for $3.99 at Hobby Lobby and I have 4-5 packs can't remember exactly, of favor boxes from hobby lobby which I had gotten at 50% off, $2.99 each pack after discount, each pack brings 20.

Estimating, my favors came out to about $95 total and the best part is they're edible so I feel like it's a win win lol.
