Hi Chloe! I hadn't heard of them before, but it looks like they are based in Poland!! They have reviews on their Etsy page and also on their main website you can check out:

I don't know if you ended up ordering with them, but I highly recommend staying far away from them and the many alternative shops they run. They never finished my wedding dress and never refund my $4k. They would send me one-sided emails asking me to not communicate with Etsy after I filed a report with my bank. Promise of paying me back seems to be empty, because they can't say when they will be able to pay me back ( they bank rolled my money to pay for other dresses).
Stay far away from Lucky Dress and Polly/Polina!!
