If it's in your budget, find a wedding coordinator that can handle the details you may not have time for.

I feel ya, it's super overwhelming at first! Get the main things booked first (venue, caterer, officiant, photographer, DJ, florist, etc.), then worry about the details later. I was never one for having a theme or specifics. I had some rough colors in mind, knew I wanted a smaller wedding, and kind of knew where I wanted it. I think it's easy to get caught up in the finer details, like place settings and centerpieces and what the chairs will look like... Don't worry about that until much later -- it's important to get the venue and vendors booked. Work from big to small.
