Lost engagement ring 😢

If you have insurance they should be able to replace it, call the insurance company!

I'm so sorry you lost your ring! Try to think real hard on why you took it off to retrace your steps. As far as the warranty be careful with name brand jeweler like kay's. Their insurance policies don't cover much(not yo scare you). I would suggest calling the store and finding out what you need to do asap and be on top of everything! Write down names, times you called, what they told you because they can be slick! I have a Disney engagement ring from zales and the protection plan but they still don't cover much. Since I really wanted a ring from the Disney collection i got it insured through "Jewelers Mutual" as my second back up to my zales plan. They give you the cost of the plan based off how much your ring cost(once you upload the receipts). I insured my engagement ring and my wedding band with them and its just $55 a year! They cover lost,theft, damage, etc and you pick the jeweler to get your replacement at. I'm hoping for a good outcome with your ring and when you get everything figured out look in Jewelers mutual! I'm so sorry! Don't give up hope! Years ago, my SIL "lost" her wedding set, only to find it years later in a bin of their kids' stuff she'd packed up for storage and placed in the garage rafters.... It was missing for 5-10 years when she found it while cleaning out stuff before it went to Goodwill! DON'T THROW ANYTHING OUT!!!! Good luck finding it!

Honestly you get more bang for you buck with local jewelers in your area than brand name. You are just paying for the brands name when you buy from Top ring stores. I used to work for a local jeweler as few years back in my area(Florida) and rings would always have a great discount for big diamonds. But I wanted Disney so I had to settle withe Zales which is why i got the second insurance. Just shop around in your area and see what catches your eye! but hopefully your ring is found.
